I should be at the Rocketchix triathlon right now, but a virus has been kicking my butt since Thursday. And poor Daniel is sick as well. It has been a bad week. We had to miss our vacation to Gulf Shores, Daniel and I are sick, and I had to miss my triathlon. :-(

oh, man. that's awful. i hope you are feeling better and find another triathlon to train for soon!
It sucks when you are sick, but sucks even more when you have to miss out on things that you were looking forward to because you are sick. Sorry Chika.
