Workout Update

Day three of jogging and I have already shaved almost a minute off of my mile time!! Woohoo!! "Back in Shape" here I come! By the way, if any of you are runners and don't have the Nike+ system, you should really think about it. It is pretty cool. It works with the iPod Nano and you can set your time or distance and it will keep track of your progress. My favorite feature is that it gives you updates throughout your workout like "halfway through" or "400 meters left" or "200 meters left", etc. That is especially motivating when I feel like I am dying towards the end!!

Bad Mom Award

I received the Bad Mom Award this weekend...I forgot my camera this Sunday and didn't get any pictures of Daniel in his blessing outfit. The bad part is there were about three other people there with cameras. I think maybe tomorrow after his bath I will dress him up in it again and just stage some pictures...that way I will at least have some for my scrapbook!

Well, unfortunately, it looks like I might be going back to work...at least for a little while anyway. So, if any of you know of any good, decent paying jobs, please let me know.

I hate the post office...

I went to check the mail today, and this is what I found. Two of the announcements that I sent out ripped in half. The envelope from the post office says "Damaged in Handling"...that's an understatement. I just wonder what happened to the other halves.
