Workout Update
Day three of jogging and I have already shaved almost a minute off of my mile time!! Woohoo!! "Back in Shape" here I come! By the way, if any of you are runners and don't have the Nike+ system, you should really think about it. It is pretty cool. It works with the iPod Nano and you can set your time or distance and it will keep track of your progress. My favorite feature is that it gives you updates throughout your workout like "halfway through" or "400 meters left" or "200 meters left", etc. That is especially motivating when I feel like I am dying towards the end!!
