Weigh-In Wednesday


I am following the lead of a friend of mine...Weigh-In Wednesday. But, I will not be revealing actual numbers because, as we all know, that is just too dang depressing! I will, however, disclose pounds/inches lost. I don't have anything to report, as I just started Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred yesterday. But, I did record my measurements and weight, and I look forward to seeing those numbers drop! Anyone else want to join in on this journey? Post up!

Good luck! I actually lost 30 pounds since September with NO working out. Really, exercise is great, but you've got to eat better too. We did the South Beach Diet. It's actually a lifestyle change. Like I said, I lost 30 and Aaron lost 20. Think about your end goal when things get tough. I'm a size 4 and 120 pounds now and it feels AWESOME! It feels so much better than the moment of happiness I'd have with chocolate. You can do it Erin!!!

Jeni, that is AMAZING!!! Unfortunately, I love food too much, so I have to diet :) What does the South Beach diet consist of?

Basically it's no carbs for two weeks (to curb cravings) and then you add fresh fruits and whole grains in to your diet. It's just getting rid of processed foods. We eat a lot of veggies, dairy, lean protein. I'm more picky about my "carbs" now. I'm sure you can get the book at the library OR it's only, like, 7 bucks at Walmart;)
